1 Hour 30 Minute Parties
Full use of the party room for the entire 1 hour 30 minutes of the party.
(with exception of toddler parties which are 2 hours)
Party room is brightly decorated appropriately with happy birthday balloon banners, tablecloths and cake table skirt, no need for further decorations unless it is your preference.
Birthday person have their specially decorated throne at top of table.
Four reserved tables in hall for adult guests just out with the party room. (22 seats in total)
If you require more seating for adult guests this can be arranged for an additional cost but must be booked before your party date.

Birthday person will receive a Loopty Lous voucher which gives them free admission on their next visit
You’re welcome to bring your own music for the party room as a Bluetooth speaker is available for use.
No outside food except Birthday cake and party bags should be brought onto our premises
All you need bring is Cake, kids and smiles. We will take care of the rest for you.
You have the option of the hot food boxes or cold food boxes
Hot food will be served 60 mins into the party, kids can then go back on the frame should they wish.
Cold food boxes give you and your guests the freedom to choose when to eat. These are especially popular with morning parties when they perhaps aren’t so hungry for a sit down meal. These boxes can also be given away at end of party should the children just wish to use the whole 90 minutes to play.
You can not select between both it has to either be the hot option or the cold option for your whole party.

Please note this is separate from Loopty Lous soft play parties. Nobody will be permitted entry within the soft play hall during your party slot. We also advice a drop off party as although there are benches outside around the Astro Turf, there is no spectator seating available within the room where the children shall eat.

FAQ
Yes of course. We understand you won’t know exactly how many guests you have until the replies are back. We do have a minimum for each party though and this cannot be altered. On the week of your booking we send out an automated email which requests you to pre order the food for your guests, once we receive this back we adjust the totals. You can also change any extras you may or may not require then. A final outstanding balance link for payment will then be generated. After the final balance is paid 3 days prior to your party we cannot refund for any further changes made.
No food is to be taken into Loopty lous other than the birthday cake or party favours which are to be given to the guests at the end of the party for them to consume at home.
The room is brightly decorated with table cloths, balloon banners etc, therefore there should be no need for additional decorations, however if you so wish to decorate only simple decorations that are non-time consuming to add and remove from the room once the party is finished. NO CONFETTI, POPPERS OR SPRINKLES. We provide all cups, cutlery and food boxes etc.
Yes, there are 4 tables reserved, 2 x 4 seats 1 x 6 seat and 1 x 8 seats (22 seats in total) reserved for the 90 mins of your party. Any adult guests staying during the party will have to be seated at these tables only.
No, any siblings attending and using the soft play can pay at the door although they will need to be calculated within your reserved seating mentioned above
Unfortunately not, the party is for 90 minutes in total, we have a booking system and closing times to follow and therefore the timings of the party are appropriately suited to our system and cleaning schedule. However if you have a morning party you could book a play session for after the party, we could then arrange for you all to stay on the reserved party tables for the duration of the booked play session but the party room would not be included within the additional play session.
There are 22 complimentary seats, any seating required after is will need to be added at a cost. If you are booking a weekend or holiday party and you think you are going to have more than the 22 adult guests staying for the duration of your party we ask yo to pre arrange and pay for the extra seating along with your party costs. All other tables are within our booking system and therefore these can not be used for guests above your 22 without prior arrangement.
The host may arrive 10mins before your party time.
You can with prior arrangements although they would have to be cleared and packed up ready to leave when the party ends.
Yes bring your music there is a Bluetooth speaker available.
Yes Private hire of Loopty Lous is available Mon-Fri 4.30pm-6pm. All info can be found on website including booking the private party.
